• When you sign up to play online you provide us with your email address, username and password. You may optionally provide your name, Facebook id or Google id.
• Details of your use of our services (for example which levels you play, whom you play online, results and statistics about matches)
• If you email us, we may keep copies of those emails
• Cookies and randomly generated device identifiers are used to anonymously recognise you and your device
• Your device’s model, IP address, operating system and screen size

 How do we use your personal information?

The purpose for collecting this information is:

• Your email address is used in order to reset your password, but also to provide occasional updates about the game. You may opt out from these emails on the account page.
• Your username and password is used to gain access to the online services. Your username is visible to other users.
• Facebook and Google identifiers are an alternative to gain access to the online services.
• All other information is collected in order to improve your experience, either by helping us to fix bugs or to better understand how the game is played

 Will personal information be shared with third parties?

No, we will not share information with third parties, unless required to by law. Only our developers have access to the personal information.

 For how long will we retain your information?

We will retain your personal information for as long as you are using our service. You may contact us at privacy@gravityforce20.com and request us to update or delete your personal information.

 What if I would like you to delete my personal information?

If you want us to delete the personal information we have about you, please email privacy@gravityforce20.com and specify your GF20 account identifer and that you would like your personal information to be deleted.

 Where is the personal information stored?

We use databases in both EU and USA. Please note that your personal information may be transferred to and stored outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). In particular we use:

• Amazon Web Services in EU - privacy policy
• Amplitude in USA - privacy policy
• Google analytics for web - privacy policy - opt out

 How do we protect your Personal Information?

The security of your personal information is important to us. We use industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption when transferring all data.
